History
It's inclea if the home is actually present on the 1913 atlas of Haverford (as it is sort of cut off), but is present by the 1929 map of Haverford and Lower Merion. If this house was the one present in 1913, it would've been owned by C.S. Taylor at the time.
1920 census: Sales engineer A. Frank is living with his family.

I'm unable to find the home in the 1940 or 1950 census, but the Pauls definitely lived in the home until at least 1942. In 1965, the home was demolished, along with potentially 3 Llandaff Road (although it's unclear if there was ever a house there or only a lot) for an automotive business, which is now a U-Haul.

Philadelphia Inquirer, May 27th, 1965, page 78
The court ultimately refused to rule on the issue for the time being (until much later), although it definitely seems like the Bergdoll Estate included 3 Llandaff according to these recordings of the legal battle. I have yet to find any reference to it in records other than specifically this case.
